Prerequisites

  • Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree, or global equivalent) AND 5 years of project experience OR Bachelor’s degree or higher (or global equivalent) AND 3 years of project experience*

  • 35 hours of project management education completed before taking the exam

*Graduates from a PMI GAC accredited program get a 12-month reduction in the project experience requirement.
